Caretta is realtime AI for sales calls. These guides cover the three ways to connect it to the tools around it.

Connect agents

Give compatible AI tools scoped, OAuth-based access to the calls, transcripts, and todos you can already see.

Push call data

Receive signed HTTPS events carrying transcripts, AI notes, and evaluated metrics once a call is processed.

Create meeting links

Let Caretta create a scheduled Zoom meeting and add the join link to the calendar invitation you send.

What you need

A Caretta account and an MCP client that supports remote HTTP servers with OAuth. You do not need an API key: you sign in through your browser and choose which scopes to grant. The server follows your existing Caretta access and cannot return calls you could not otherwise see.Connect a client →
Organisation administrator access in Caretta and a public HTTPS endpoint that can verify a signature and respond within 10 seconds. Read the delivery and signing sections before you go live: delivery is at least once, ordering is not guaranteed, and AI notes are best-effort.Set up an endpoint →
A Zoom account that can schedule meetings, plus Google Calendar write access so Caretta can send the invitation. Your Zoom administrator may need to approve the app first. Caretta requests a single Zoom permission and uses it only to create the meetings you ask for.Connect Zoom →
Each guide is independent. Connect only the ones you need, in any order.
