Caretta has raised a $1.3m pre-seed round, led by Y Combinator, to build and deploy the organisational intelligence for sales.

SalesTech is crowded. But if GTM teams still need 10 tools to take calls confidently, answer every question, keep accounts structured, and run a calculated GTM motion, there is a problem.

Caretta is building the most comprehensive organisational intelligence, and the most proactive and realtime deployment of that knowledge across all members of the GTM team.

Sales calls are the richest two-way data source between a company and the outside world.

Companies try to show their best and learn the most from these moments. When it matters, there is no room for missing or wrong knowledge.

We feel lucky to work on a hard problem: how to build an organisational intelligence that knows everything and stays fresh? How can it boost GTM? Can we distribute the knowledge to everyone else?

Today we are announcing our first step towards assembling a team to tackle this opportunity. Smartest people need an ambitious problem (and a good compensation), and we are set.
