Some of the most important value in technology is created while companies are still private. For a long time, that part of the journey has largely been available only to venture funds and angel investors.

Robinhood Ventures is working to widen that access. Its second fund, RVII, began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on 13 August 2026. At launch, the fund held 80 early- and growth-stage private companies, with a focus on the Y Combinator ecosystem.

Investors with a brokerage account that supports NYSE-listed securities can buy shares in RVII and gain indirect exposure to its portfolio, including Caretta.

Thank you Sarah Pinto Peyronel, Richard Aberman, Jason Boehmig, and the entire Robinhood Ventures team for the trust.
